I got all of my data recovered and screen fixed within 5 working days and it was all good. I would definitely recommend them.
I was trying to unlock my Samsung Galaxy S8 from Cellular Mobile Services and they couldn’t find the unlocking code in their database, but they didn’t give up and briefed me about a software solution. It was completely an easy update and guess what? My phone was successfully unlocked. After this experience I brought my wife’s phone to be unlocked also. I have been going to Cellular Mobile about four times in the last two years, from broken screens to battery replacement to replacing my charging port, never had to come back a second time for the same repair. I want to say every time I go to there it’s a nice experience and my phone is fixed and fixed right the first time. I want to thank Sarah and Sandra for great customer service these women are very knowledgeable when it comes to repairing phones you will be amazed. Every time I go there my phone is fixed on the spot, I don’t have to wait very long. Anytime something happens to my cell phone they are the first company I think about. There prices are VERY REASONABLE and much cheaper than the competitors. If you’re looking for a cell phone store to repair your cell phone I can assure you will be 100% satisfied.
iPhone wasn’t taking a charge and am from out of town so found this place online and gave it a try. Deana was working and treated me with a friendly smile and suggested that maybe the plug port had dust in it. She spent a few minutes cleaning it out and phone is all set! Free and friendly service! Not common these days.
Called around 6:15 pm asking if I could get a cracked iPhone screen replaced that night. I was in at 6:40 and left with a brand new screen at 6:55 Fast, professional quality service! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would, so thankful I was able to get my screen fixed at a reasonable price so quickly!!
